Beginning in November of 2020, UA High School met with representatives of Selective Micro Technologies to discuss
testing high-purity chlorine dioxide (ClO₂) for the reduction of bacterial and fungal growth on various samples at the school.
The goal of this testing was to determine best practices to eliminate bacterial and fungal growth on miscellaneous
locations and items throughout the school.
This report represents a culmination of the testing results and associated best practices as determined by the UA High School
and SMT participants.
